Marc

Marc

Smiling and happy since the day he arrived when he was barely 3 years old, Marc has since stretched upward into a cheerful, energetic child, who looks at the older kids like a giant family of brothers and sisters. He is a math whiz in school. Math and science are his favorite subjects in school. He would like to be a scientist when he grows up. He likes to read and play tennis in his free time, and looks forward to practicing the violin.

Dorvensky

Dorvensky

Dorvensky is friendly, extroverted and loves to read. His smile is contagious—it’s probably those striking dimples—and always reaches his eyes. His older brother is Chivensky, and will follow him in anything, whether it’s learning to play drums or just around the yard. He wants to grow up to be a football goalie. He is passionate about singing, especially at our nightly devotion and he loves to try new things

Francise

Francise

Sly and creative, Françise loves to sing, make bracelets, and braiding hair. She likes to paint her nails, draw fashion sketches, and use the digital camera to take pictures around the Mission, all good practice for a future fashion designer. Her favorite subject in school is math.

Gabyanna

Gabyanna

Nickname: Gaby

Gentle-hearted, Gaby wants to become a chef when she grows up (or maybe a fashion designer.) She came to the Mission in the summer of 2013, and loves to read. She is energetic, but often just enjoys being around others. She currently loves photography class, and like to draw.

John Kerry

John Kerry

If it’s not clear from his smile, John Carey is clever and a little devious. His nose often sniffs out trouble. He likes to play the keyboard and practice guitar in his free time. His favorite subject in school is math. He would like to be a basketball player when he is older.
